These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Website. Accessing and using the Website, as well as purchasing any products available on the Website and related domains, implies that the user has read and accepts these Terms and Conditions without restriction. To access and use this Website you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, prior authorization from a parent or guardian is required.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, we request that you refrain from using the Website and its content.

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of our Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy. We advise you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically, as the Company may amend them from time to time. Any modification will be notified on the homepage of the Website and shall apply as soon as it is published.
You agree to use the Website only for purposes permitted by (a) these Terms and Conditions and (b) any applicable law in the relevant jurisdictions.
Unless otherwise noted, the Website and all its materials — including text, images, designs, icons, photographs, video and audio clips — and the copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and other intellectual property therein (collectively, the “Contents”) are owned, controlled, or licensed by the Company and its affiliates. The Website and Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. No right, title, or interest in any downloaded Content is transferred to you. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any of the Contents or the Website.
Product Colors: We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s monitor will accurately reflect the true color of a product. If you have any questions about color, please contact info@kriado.com before placing your order.
Prices applicable are those indicated on the Website on the date of the order. They are listed for each item and exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges. Prior to completing your purchase, you will be provided with a final order summary identifying the item(s) and the total price, including shipping and taxes.
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Final prices may vary due to the terms of the payment method, financial institutions, or transport and shipping services involved. The Company is not responsible for any price variations caused by the foregoing.
Payment is required at the end of the purchase process and is an essential condition for order confirmation. We accept the following payment methods:

We use secure payment methods provided by trusted financial institutions to ensure maximum transaction security. You must notify the Company of any incorrect or fraudulent charge on the payment method used, by email at info@kriado.com, as soon as possible.
The Company is not responsible for anti-fraud security measures applied by payment processors that may result in the rejection of certain transactions.
You expressly authorize the issuance of an electronic invoice, which will be attached to the purchase confirmation email once the order has shipped. Please note that invoices cannot be modified after issuance in compliance with applicable law.
The maximum estimated delivery period is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. These timeframes may vary due to unforeseen circumstances in logistics and transport. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt to make telephone contact. After two failed attempts, you must contact the carrier directly to reschedule delivery. The Company is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by third-party carriers, unless directly attributable to the Company or its personnel.
We work to ensure every Kriado product reflects our commitment to quality and design. Please refer to the fabric and product care guide included in each product description on our Website.
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, full-priced items within 10 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Items must show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Due to hygiene and health considerations, returns or cancellations are not accepted for linens, swimwear, or accessories whose original packaging or protective covering has been opened, unless the item is faulty or defective.
Kriado is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled in transit.
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
Sale or discounted merchandise, including items purchased during VIP early access promotions or seasonal markdowns.
Special orders and custom orders.
Custom-sized pieces or any item altered from its original design in size or style at the client’s request. Once a custom or altered order is confirmed and in production, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Any item explicitly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the standard return process outlined above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Receive authorization — Once your request is reviewed, we will send a Return Authorization email with your shipping label.
Package your item — Securely wrap the item(s) in their original packaging and include the completed Returns Form inside.
Ship your item — Once packaged and labeled, simply drop off your return at any USPS location nearest to you at your convenience.
If there are supply issues or a product is out of stock after your purchase, we will inform you immediately and proceed to refund the price of the unavailable product(s). The refund will be processed without undue delay and within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with Section 4.
The Company’s Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy applies to the use of this Website and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. The Company may grant public search engines permission to index materials from the Website for search purposes, but not to cache or archive such materials. The Company reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account as a result of failing to keep this information secure.
You must notify us as soon as practicable of any security breach or unauthorized activity on your account. You may be held liable for losses incurred by the Company resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to any conflict-of-law rules or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the competent courts in San Juan, Puerto Rico, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Website, subject to the right to prosecute a user at their place of domicile or residence.
Performance by the Company of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure that impedes or delays performance. These events include, but are not limited to: war, riots, civil unrest, pandemic, local disease outbreaks, social disturbances, strikes, and supply disruptions not attributable to the Company. We will communicate such events as soon as practicable. If the suspension extends beyond 30 days, you may cancel the order in progress and receive a refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If any court of competent jurisdiction rules that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, that provision will be removed without affecting the remainder of the Terms and Conditions. All remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
The Company shall not be held liable for:
Errors on the Website due to force majeure, unforeseeable events, or causes not attributable to the Company.
Technical or mechanical problems, or viruses arising during Internet connection, on computer systems, or in documents and files stored on those systems.
Access by minors to the Website’s content, which is the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
The accuracy, currency, or legality of content on third-party pages linked to or suggested by the Website. The Company is not responsible for the legal conditions or content of third-party platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against the Company by any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or infringement of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that if the Company does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy contained in these Terms and Conditions, this shall not be construed as a formal waiver of the Company’s rights, which shall remain fully available.
