Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, full-priced items within 10 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Items must show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Kriado is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled in transit.


Non-Returnable Items — Final Sale

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise, including items purchased during VIP early access promotions.
  • Special orders and custom orders.
  • Custom-sized pieces or any item altered from its original design in size or style at the client's request. Once a custom or altered order is confirmed and in production, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Any item explicitly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the standard return process outlined above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us — Email info@kriado.com or call +1 787-400-5909, Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (GMT-5). Do not ship items back before receiving authorization.
  2. Receive authorization — Once your request is reviewed, we will send a Return Authorization email with a prepaid or instructions-included shipping label.
  3. Package your item — Securely wrap the item(s) in their original packaging and include the completed Returns Form inside.
  4. Schedule pickup — Our courier will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time that works for you.
