Shipping policy


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). If the item you ordered is not immediately available, our team will contact you with an estimated production time — typically 2 weeks — and will provide your tracking number as soon as the order is ready to ship.


Domestic Shipping — USA & Puerto Rico

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, and Saturday delivery is not available.

USPS Priority Mail 1–5 business days after processing
USPS First Class 1–7 business days after processing

Free shipping on all domestic orders of $150 or more.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and availability.

  • Standard international delivery: 7–14 business days after processing
  • Starting rate: $25 USD

Please note: Kriado is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner than standard delivery times, please contact us before placing your order at info@kriado.com or +1 787-400-5909 so we can arrange expedited shipping manually and provide you with a custom quote.


Additional Policies

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Kriado is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Kriado is not responsible for theft or damage after delivery.
  • Kriado is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions. If this occurs, our customer service team will notify you promptly.
